Hello and welcome to excite! As you know, the world of event management is always evolving and rarely sleeps. We've launched excite to keep you up-to-date on our people, product offers, services and success stories. We'll give you a taste of the fantastic events we're managing for our clients, including the creative work of our design, production and loyalty teams, and bring you some of the latest industry news. The last few months have been busy but rewarding across our national and international offices. We've worked with many wonderful clients and suppliers to achieve some amazing outcomes. We're delighted to have been a finalist at the recent AFTA awards and our Hong Kong office has managed top10 recognition within just 12 months! Having just returned from a Global Gathering in Paris, I was again reminded of the incredible value live events play in building momentum to improve business results. Global award for Emma
Our passionate Event Manager (minus sunglasses), Emma Curtin, has just returned from the Global Gathering in Paris, where her amazing work was recognised with a Worldwide Corporate Award for Outstanding Achievement. Emma's rise to fame in event management began when she organised a wedding in the family and realised her future vocation. Working with a major investment bank at the time, she completed a Diploma of Event Management before joining cievents in 2008 as an Event Coordinator. Less than three years later, she's a leading light in our business, creating and managing amazing events in all parts of the world! In the past 12 months alone, Emma has executed client events in exciting destinations such as Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Singapore, Bangkok and Paris. "I have great clients and I love hitting the mark for them with their events," Emma said. "It's a buzz to see an event engage the audience, build new team bonds and drive goals. My role is hectic and challenging, but it's so rewarding to see every event come together."
cievents makes top 10 in Hong Kong
cievents has received a top 10 nomination in the 2011 Marketing Magazine Agency of the Year Awards, just 12 months after launching onto the local market! Carly Lewis, Business Director for cievents Hong Kong, said the team offered a strong point of difference in the market by providing both event and travel management expertise.
